Job Summary: In the HR Project Manager role, you will have the opportunity to work closely on our strategic HR and People initiatives and help drive some of our Global HR Projects. We’re looking for a professional to support the Organizational Effectiveness Team 50% and the CHRO 50%.  We’re looking for a person with a passion for the employee experience and a highly adaptable HR background with a focus on project management and relationship building. We need someone who is agile in their execution of projects, able to bring new perspectives into the team and willing to challenge and be challenged.

Responsibilities

  • Leading or supporting highly visible global projects across the organization such as our:
    • Global Mentorship Program
    • Lifecycle Surveys (e.g. Onboarding, Exit and Pulse Surveys including data analysis)
    • Sustainability Reporting & Governance around our HR / Social Topics among other ad hoc projects
  • Be a key member of our Group-level HR team.
  • Exposure to and assist with a variety of other high priority HR initiatives in areas that include but are not limited to:
    • Succession planning and development
    • Organization effectiveness
    • Talent management
    • Rewards
    • Culture, workplace, and engagement.
  • You can be based at any of our US or EU sites with the opportunity to work remotely. Limited travel may be expected.

Qualifications

  • BA / BS in Humanities, Business or related fields degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 – 10 years of HR related experience in (previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong internal networks
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources functions
  • Collaborative & Customer Focused - must work closely with stakeholders across all of our sites and offices & externally
  • Autonomy – Relishes independent working & decision making; seeks guidance as and when appropriate
  • Organization - Highly organized and can handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Resourceful & Adaptable– Able to be keep projects moving forward even in the face of obstacles; highly flexible and able to consider alternate approaches
  • Data Driven – Ability to use data to drive strategic decisions
  • Results Oriented – Focused on results and has a ‘can do’ attitude and their customer’s success in mind

Salary & Benefits:

US-Salary Range $115,000.00 - $135,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Constellium considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
