BU PARP Strategy Manager North America

The North America Strategy Manager position is part of the PARP Strategy team. He/she is responsible for defining and implementing, together with Sales and Operations, the long-term business strategies for North America. He/she analyzes internal and external factors, identify opportunities and risks, and translates strategic plans into actionable initiatives. This involves collaborating with various teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution. The role is also responsible for initiating/coordinating specific projects in business development as well as industry-led projects (e.g. beverage container deposit) He/she is also representing CSTM in the different trade associations like Aluminum Association (AA), Canmaker Institute (CMI) or Coalition for High Performance Recycling (CHPR) to help us to deploy our strategy.
