Senior Analyst- SAP & Power BI
Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will play an integral role on the finance team, working through complex issues, transactions, and projects independently and collaborating with other finance and cross-functional team members. Responsibilities:
- Utilizes SAP knowledge to optimize SAP cost tracking and reporting.
- Utilizes SAP knowledge to redesign general ledger account structure to mirror Corporate general ledger.
- Utilizes Power BI or advanced Excel skills create user-friendly & intuitive Financial Reporting.
- Prepares moderate to complex management and financial reporting/metrics and related analytics.
- Suggests continuous improvement opportunities with active participation of operations in the continuous improvement process.
- Prepares reports to support management requests
- Responsible for maintains Sarbanes-Oxley internal control narratives and testing documentation for areas of responsibilities
- Performs month-end account analysis and reconciliations
- Participate in the quarterly reviews and annual audit
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to resolution
- Provides various business analyses relating to new business ventures, new product lines, acquisitions, etc.
- Prepares and makes recommendations based on financial analysis of the operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Power BI experience preferred
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software with strong focus in Excel;
- Demonstrates results orientation, accountability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, project and change management and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Effective written and oral communication skills sufficient to communicate with all levels of the organization, high level of autonomy with ability to work collaboratively and good interpersonal skills
- Able to perform, understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation,
- Ability to work in cross-organizational and multi-functional teams in a global matrix organization with manufacturing operations and an international mindset

Constellium Muscle Shoals is an aluminum manufacturing plant based in Alabama with over 1,200 employees. With its widest strip mill in the USA and a world-class recycling center, the site represents one of the largest sites within Constellium and is a world-class can recycling center, with the capacity to recycle nearly 20 billion cans per year. Muscle Shoals’ main product is aluminum can sheet for the packaging industry, particularly for beverage containers. It manufactures sheet used in all three components of an aluminum can, namely body stock, coated end stock and tab stock. Additionally, Muscle Shoals’ supplies Auto Body Sheet substrate to Constellium’ s Bowling Green, Kentucky, site.
