Role description

Are you looking for an apprenticeship (“alternance”) to grow your skills in Human Resources while developing expertise in Learning & Development?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Apprentice to join our team and contribute to key initiatives in corporate learning, employee development, communication, and engagement.

 

Your mission

You will support Corporate Learning & Development in collaboration with corporate and local HR teams.

1. Contribute to the rollout and promotion of our development programs

  • Organize and coordinate global training initiatives (logistics, scheduling, participant communication, hotel and room bookings, etc.).
  • Support the visibility and adoption of development programs through creative communication initiatives.
  • Draft updates for our corporate intranet.
  • Contribute to LinkedIn content creation.

2. Support effective management and continuous improvement of our Learning Platform

  • Manage and update training records in our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Set up and follow up on virtual training sessions in the LMS: create sessions, track enrollments, send reminders, and monitor attendance.
  • Support digital learning initiatives, including:
    • Assisting in the creation and design of e-learning content.
    • Uploading and updating e-learning modules in the LMS.
  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of documents required for internal or external audits related to learning activities.

 

Qualifications

•    Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management.
•    Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.
Skills / Personality

•    Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proactive, curious and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
•    Comfortable working in both French and English.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with communication tools or a LMS (SuccessFactors) is a plus.
