The Specialties Sales team is looking for a new team member to lead Technical Customer Service for aluminum rolled products manufactured at our Singen production facility. We are looking for a

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE (TCS) GROUP MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:
Lead and develop the TCS Engineering team to ensure products meet customer requirements and qualification standards
Drive customer qualification activities and ensure timely approval of new and existing products
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, providing support on product performance, quality, applications, and new product introductions
Coordinate new product launches with cross-functional teams, including Industrialization, Supply Chain, Sales, and external partners
Approve testing procedures and critical process parameters to ensure compliance with customer specifications and product performance requirements
Lead customer claim resolution activities, coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective corrective actions
Manage the TCS budget and report qualification progress, product performance, and customer satisfaction metrics to management

Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in scientific, technical or engineering field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Aluminium industry
Excellent decision-making skills under pressure, with a focus on empowering the team to find solutions 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; interact with different functions, build and maintain relationships with customers at operational and decision-making levels within diverse teams
Excellent written and spoken German and English, Proficiency in other languages (French, Spanish etc.) would be an advantage
Frequent travel required
