Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our North American Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle salaried recruiting while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders across multiple manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to develop talent strategies, build robust candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes that support organizational growth. This role will also contribute to University Recruiting initiatives and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) projects focused on process optimization, employer branding, and recruiting excellence. This is a remote position with potential travel up to 30% expected to support hiring manager engagement, site visits, onboarding activities, and recruitment events.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with site-level hiring managers in the US to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other key functions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership populations.
  • Monitor and improve key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction and others.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on talent market conditions, compensation competitiveness, and hiring best practices.
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions to proactively identify current and future talent needs.
  • Assist with university recruiting efforts, including career fairs, internship programs, and campus engagement.
  • Support Talent Acquisition COE projects such as process improvement, employer branding, and technology enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates without a degree who possess significant relevant recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments, will also be considered.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience is required, 5+ preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, metals, aerospace, or similar production environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and talent pipelines in manufacturing.
