Cycle Counter

Key Accountabilities

• Perform daily cycle counts with scan gun, trains, leads, and provides daily direction to
• production
• Ensure that all material is in correct storage locations
• Complete daily hi-lo checklists and ensure hi-lo equipment is properly charged and
• maintained
• Follow cycle count program instructions
• Assist production with label discrepancies
• Track cycles in excel documents
• Problem solve inventory discrepancies - basic level
• Learn all parts and their assigned locations
• Ensure all material movements are scanned
• Must maintain a laptop and manage emails
• Must carry a radio to support shop floor
• All other duties assigned by supervision and necessary to perform the job

Required competencies, experience, and technical skills

• Follow all Constellium EHS policies and procedures
• Knowledge of FIFO method
• Must learn Plex screens for parts, inventory, control panel, bill of material, and cycles
• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 – 3 years of inventory managment and/or manufacturing experience, required.
